Do you offer private sessions or group packages?
Yes, we offer private one-on-one sessions as well as customizable group packages for teams, friends, or special events. Contact us to learn more about scheduling and pricing!
Arrive Early: Aim to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class to check in, settle in, and prepare your space.
Drink water before class to stay hydrated, especially for hot yoga or Pilates sessions.
Eat a light snack or meal at least 1-2 hours before class to avoid discomfort during practice.
If you need to cancel a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
