Meet Bella Fan & Our Mission

Bella fell in love with yoga 15 years ago and has been deeply committed to its practice and study ever since. She obtained her Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga teaching certifications in 2015, earning an RYT-500 certification.

With over 12,000 hours of yoga practice and 3,500 hours of teaching experience, she has dedicated herself to helping students transform their bodies and minds. In 2023, she received a Level 2 Sound Healing Certification, followed by an Inferno Hot Pilates certification in 2024, and she is set to become a STOTT PILATES instructor in 2025.

Why Yoga?

As a mother, Bella personally experienced the power of yoga in postnatal recovery, regaining her pre-pregnancy figure just 27 days after childbirth. Understanding the challenges and setbacks in the yoga journey, she is passionate about sharing her insights and experiences to help others, especially mothers, with recovery and wellness.

Bella specializes in posture correction, having helped countless students improve their alignment, including rounded shoulders, hunchback posture, uneven shoulders, spinal scoliosis, and leg misalignments (X-legs, O-legs, etc.).

Grateful for yoga’s transformative power, Bella invites you to join Keep Fit Yoga Studio and embark on a journey to become the best version of yourself.
