Hello everyone, I am Maggie Tian, a yoga coach who is passionate about yoga and dedicated to helping others improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga. I obtained my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor qualification in January 2019, but my yoga journey began as early as 2010. Since then, yoga has not only become a part of my life but also a bridge for me to share health and balance. Over the past five years, I have been teaching various styles of yoga, including but not limited to Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Power Yoga.

My teaching philosophy is that yoga is not just about practicing poses; it is a lifestyle, an art of connecting the body, mind, and breath. In my classes, I focus on proper alignment of poses and breath control, while also encouraging students to listen to their bodies, respect their limits, and gradually improve.

I believe that everyone can benefit from yoga, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. My goal is to create a supportive and non-competitive environment where everyone can explore and practice yoga in a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
